Chicken with onions and mushrooms in red wine
Cooking this recipe is not difficult, but it turns out very fragrant and tasty In the recipe you can use different chicken pieces, I used chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    40 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    700 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Chicken wash, dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.

Onion peel. Mushrooms clean, wipe with a damp cloth and cut each mushroom in half or into 4 pieces (depending on size ). Heat in a saucepan with 1 tbsp butter and fry the onion.

Add the mushrooms, lightly fry, salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl.

Heat in a saucepan with 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken.

Cognac pour into a fireproof bowl, burn, and pour it over the chicken. The photo shows a little bit like burning. Garlic clean, cut in half, put chicken and pour the wine. Cover loosely with a lid and simmer on low heat for 35-45 min, with 1 time to flip. Then put the chicken in a bowl.
