Wheat soaked overnight, and preferably for a day. Then pour it with the broth and cook for 45-50 minutes (bring to a boil, remove the heat and cook for on low heat to slightly boiling). Paprika and green onions cut into pieces.
Wheat is welded, now it will go faster. The broth drained (I'm on this broth, then vegetable soup I cook, very fragrant).
