Mushroom pancakes-patties
That was the end of the month, not enough money, and I want to eat :) but because it's time to look in the freezer, where I have long been waiting for frozen boiled mushrooms. As just fried mushrooms pretty bored over the winter, I decided to experiment. The experiment was surprisingly successful. The recipe is for 1 kg of mushrooms, once thawed and drained, it is somewhere in the 700 -800 gr. Immediately apologize for the photo quality, took pictures on the phone.

  • Onion

  • Carrots

Grind the mushrooms, bread, onion and carrots; add eggs, flour, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly; the resulting meat - something between pancakes and meat cutlets.
