They're Chinese Egg Tart, Portuguese Egg Tart and a Pastel de nata. Not been to Portugal, but is crazy about these sweet baskets that you can buy in any bakery in China, because it was there (and indeed in Asia) they are very popular. Therefore, the recipe on the Asian lad.

Cooking
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Important: mix the ingredients need to manually without a mixer, since we don't need bubbles. Therefore, the sugar you need to use a small it to dissolve without effort.
