Buckwheat vegetable
Buckwheat with mushrooms for a post it, a little spice and it's kind of interesting taste. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.66 cup

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Cardamom

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook crumbly buckwheat. Will try for "Moulinex" and a favorite! (Cook crumbly porridge is simple, the correct ratio of cereals and water. 1 Cup buckwheat 1.5 cups of water.) In water, add finely crumbled dried mushrooms (or fresh, but I did dry) and a half of raw onion, add salt and buckwheat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes

In vegetable oil fry finely chopped onion

Add cardamom seeds, finely chopped garlic (or grated on a coarse grater) and chili (can or dry small pepper chopped fresh). Fry until Golden brown onions

Now chopped fresh mushrooms (can be different, I had mushrooms), lemon juice, a pinch of brown sugar (can be normal if not) and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. All together, fry on low heat under a lid for about 3-5 minutes.

Add the buckwheat. A couple of minutes and switch off, add chopped greens

All welcome to the table. Serve as is with soy sauce and love for "Moulinex" ;)
