Date nut bread
Dear cooks! I offer you the recipe for Algerian bread from the wonderful book by A. N. Andreeva "Home bread baking". It's not even bread in my understanding... It's a cupcake - moist, flavorful, delicious! Fans of dates you can go on the tasting!

Ingredients

    250 g

  • Almonds

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Starch

    45 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

The oven heated to 180 degrees Dates grind. Grind the almonds into crumbs. Here's a date the ball rolled up to me a food processor)))

Beat the yolks with sugar in a fluffy white mass. Add vanilla ( I didn't add, for me it's the extra ingredient). Add the softened butter and again vzbit. Add dates ( I had to mix them with a mixer), almonds, and starch. Mix well with spatula.

Carefully enter proteins.

Form to lay a parchment. Pour the batter form. Put in the oven for 50-60 minutes. The readiness of the bread defined by the press: the crust is thick and the crumb is elastic. Leave the bread to completely cool on a wire rack and then cut.
