Rabbit with tarragon
Recently spotted a recipe for cooking rabbit. it was very tasty. share.

Ingredients

  • Tarragon

    1 coup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Apple juice

    700 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Rabbit

    2 kg

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

  • Parsley

First prepare the marinade: chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped Bay leaf, chopped parsley and tarragon pour Apple juice. rabbit butchering, lay in a deep container and cover with marinade. allow to stand at least 6 hours: I had it all in the fridge the whole night.

After marinating the rabbit, season with salt to taste. fry in sunflower oil on both sides.

After frying, put the rabbit in a baking tray, pour the marinade and put in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
