A tender and delicious fish-catfish, baked with onions and sour cream.

Cooking
Small catfish to wash, to clean, gut,
Chop them into pieces.
Each piece roll in flour and fry in sunflower oil.
Fried pieces to place them in a baking dish, season with salt.
Onion, roll in remaining flour and fry in the leftover of the fish oil.
Onion pour on the fish.
The sour cream a little salt and pepper and pour it over the fish. Put in hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
