Omelette with sausage and mushrooms
This gentle for some scrambled eggs loves my husband. I think many he's have to taste!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cut into strips sausage or ham.

Pour mushrooms with liquid.

Lightly fry the sausage with mushrooms.

Eggs, beat to foam, a thin stream add milk, then hydrated soda.

Pour into the pan with our sausage-mushroom mixture and fry on low heat. As soon as the omelet will rise evenly - ready! Decorate according to your taste! Bon appetit!
