Pie-kurnik
Good addition to chicken broth, or as a separate dish.

The first filling. Boiled chicken legs to separate the meat from the bones (and skin), finely chop. Mixed with 20 g melted butter (approximately 1 tbsp). Transfer to a plate and set aside.

The second filling. Mushrooms (in my version of mushrooms, canned, weight 230 g). Drain in a sieve, drain the liquid. Fry on medium heat until it boils away all the liquid. Then add the butter (20g) and continue to fry until Golden brown. Transfer to a plate (drain excess oil) and season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Third filling. Boil 1/4 Cup of rice in salted water (10 minutes from the moment of boiling). Drain, transfer to a plate and set aside. Meanwhile, cook 2 hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cool, finely chop (in my version without the yolk). Mix the rice with herbs (dill, parsley), chopped eggs and add the 20 grams of melted butter. Again mix well and set aside.

Pancakes. Bake unleavened pancakes (you can use ready-made, commercially available). It took me 10 pieces.

The formation of the pie. 1. The puff pastry previously thawed and lay sheets of dough on a baking sheet that is covered with baking paper and grease with cold water. Stacked layers of puff pastry and brush with beaten egg.

Place a layer of pancakes, taking into account indents from the edges of the pie.

Then cover with a layer of pancakes.

Then spread the second filling - fried mushrooms

Cover with a layer of pancakes.

Then put the third filling - rice with egg and greens.

Then put the last layer of puff pastry. The edges of the dough to press. Brush with beaten egg.

Decorate the remnants of the puff pastry and again brush with beaten egg. Place in a preheated 250 deg. oven and bake until Golden brown.
