On top of the coconut to choose from three holes the one that you dig up easy with a screwdriver or a knife. To produce a glass of milk.
The coconut is split into halves. The rice to soak for an hour and boil for 20 minutes. Rice is better boiled the day before, to speed up the process.
Half a coconut to grate and mix with sugar.
Coconut milk and fill to the desired volume of water, if the amount is not enough. In flour mixed with baking powder, beat the eggs, add coconut milk and knead the dough with a mixer. Then stir in chips and rice and add to the mixture of walnut oil. The dough should be in consistency like a thick cream. Adjust by adding water if necessary.
Pancakes are obtained thin and well baked.
