Cooking
Pumpkin cut into small pieces, pour 1/2 Cup of water and add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Boil until soft. Cooked pumpkin grind in a blender, puree. Dough: Eggs on high speed, beat with a mixer. Gradually add the Cup of sugar. To the resulting mixture gradually add the sifted flour. Add sour cream and condensed milk and continue to beat. The finished dough pour in the form. Pour on top of pumpkin puree.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees about 20-30 minutes until tender. Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve with tea. You can give the cake to infuse, but personally, we liked it very much hot :) Bon appetit and happy holidays! :-)
