Skewers of mushrooms
Out very juicy mushrooms!

  • Mayonnaise

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms. Mushrooms better to take a possible major. But this is perfect. With fine turns out not worse, but the important thing is not to overcook! Mushrooms sprinkle with salt (lightly), pepper to taste and pour mayonnaise (for this dish will suit even the cheapest mayonnaise, and better, if it is liquid).

You need to make mayonnaise enveloped the mushrooms. I cover the pan in which the mushrooms are marinated and intensively shaken several times. Marinate at least an hour (we usually have marinated all night, in the evening prepared in the morning for nature).

Now it's fire. When it is burned, mushrooms strung on a skewer and roast over the coals. The frying time depends on size of mushrooms, the smaller, the faster they will be ready. Serve with white sauce (photo I have, as there are no photos of the finished mushrooms - not yet!), which is done very easily in mayonnaise (there is better not to save) add the garlic (chopped, grated, passed through the press - does not matter), greens finely chopped whatever you like, pepper, stir and you're done!
