Description
The recipe of these cakes I saw on our culinary website. And for some reason they interest me.... decided to do. The more that is done quickly and simply. Like the pies are all homemade. The only thing the son said the pies are delicious, but "this green thing" (i.e. asparagus) here. And my husband and daughter ate it with great pleasure.

Cooking
With this asparagus, I had the first time. So I had to look on the website, what kind of fruit and how to cook it. And here found here http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/25547 so, first thing, boil in salted water the asparagus for 20 minutes, pre-cleaned it. It is well cleaned with a knife for vegetables. I cooked in the steamer. After cooking the asparagus, remove and let it cool down.
Take the puff pastry and slightly roll out to make it thinner. Then cut into rectangles (or squares, this is how it goes) about the same size. Must be an even number, because one Patty are two slices of the dough. Next, take cream cheese and about 1-1.5 tbsp spread on one half of the dough, and the second is still intact.
Next, take the cooled asparagus, cut it in half and put on top of cheese.
Now, the remaining pieces of dough covering our cakes. Press edges well with a fork so that baking is not sold.
Spread on greased with sunflower oil a baking sheet, grease with beaten egg and sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Put into the oven at t=180° bake until Golden brown. Baked cakes for long, because we need to bring to readiness only dough.
Ready pasties spread and allow them to cool slightly.
When serving you can sprinkle with herbs or green onions.
The number of products I have not written, because it is difficult to specify them. All depends on the amount of dough. Asparagus grab a number of pies. I got 8 pies, so I took 8 pieces of asparagus. Now the dough. I had two rectangular pieces of dough. We have puff pastry that is sold not in rolls, and such cut rectangles. Per package (i.e. 1 kg) there is 5 of these rectangular pieces. So the test took me somewhere 400 Bon APPETIT!!!!
