Baked potatoes with chicken drumstick
Potatoes are delicious, are drenched in chicken juice.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Chicken's leg

    7 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sauce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1.Peel and cut into half of large potatoes. Cook after boiling for 5 minutes.

2.Cook the sauce for smearing chicken legs. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in equal amounts, add the garlic.

3.Chicken drumsticks wash, to give a little draining on a colander.

4. Legs season with salt and pepper and coat with a thin layer of sauce.

5.The bottom of the pan is also greased with sauce (instead of butter).

6.When the potato is cooked, the water should drain and allow to cool. After the mode of the country-style potatoes (you can just half-rings).

7.Put potatoes in the pan, I do layer by layer and each layer sprinkle with salt, if required.

10.Put in a preheated 180°C – 190°C oven and bake for approximately 1 – 1.5 hours. I look at the readiness of potatoes and chicken. :D
