Tender chicken fillet coated in sesame seeds.

Remove the fillet from the chicken legs. Marinade it in soy sauce. If you do it in the morning, then in the evening the meat is ready. You can take a breast, but the legs more tender.
Whisk the egg, adding a little soy sauce.
Roll the chicken in the egg.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a plate and roll meat in it. You can just pick up the pieces, dusted in egg, and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Place the chicken on a hot griddle. Fry on each side until Golden brown.
The meat is fried very quickly, 3-5 minutes on each side.
