Noodles in a sauce of chicken liver with tomatoes
Always made chicken liver in sour cream or in a cream sauce, after experimenting with the tomatoes I realized that this option is quite bad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Tomato

    1 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Finely chopped onion fry until Golden brown.

Add chopped into small pieces, chicken livers, salt, pepper, spices and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Tomatoes in own juice peel, cut into arbitrary small pieces and add to the liver.

Tomato scalded with boiling water to release from the skin, chop and add to the tomatoes, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour the juice from the tomatoes, reduce the heat, simmer until tender (about 10-15 minutes), the sauce is quite liquid,but easily corrected the situation by adding the flour, add the flour and mix thoroughly (to avoid lumps), boil the sauce a few more minutes.

While our sauce comes to ready, boil noodles.

Cooked noodles and sauce, combine and gently stir, decorate with a sprig of Basil. Bon appetit!
