Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, put in bowl, add diced cheese. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and beaten egg, add starch, salt, pepper, all stir, then add the chopped greens and buckwheat. This mass is mixed with chicken, mix well and put on 2 hours in the refrigerator. I always put on at night, so the meat more tender. Then in a well-heated pan in vegetable oil fry both sides.
