With buckwheat croquettes in tomato sauce
Tasty and simple dish that can be eaten by itself or with any side dish!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Buckwheat

    70 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Tomatoes pureed

    500 ml

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    3 sprig

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Buckwheat boil in salted water until soft about 10 minutes. Cool. Onions finely shred and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. To the mince add fried onions, parsley, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Mix thoroughly and beats the stuffing.

Generated from minced meatballs and put into the form, slightly greased with vegetable oil. Sent to be baked for 15-20 minutes at 200-220 C.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a pan with vegetable oil, lightly fry the garlic cloves and removing them (after the cloves better to crush with a knife, so they will give more flavor). Add the chopped pepper, fry.

Add pureed tomatoes (I buy at the store), Basil and hot pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Get in shape with meatballs, pour sauce on them and send it back in the oven for 20-30 minutes. BON APPETIT!!!
