Cooking
Heat the milk, add sugar and yeast. Add the oat flour a bit and give the dough to rise
Add oil, salt (pinch) and flour. And then oatmeal to obtain a sticky, viscous dough. If the dough is cool, the bread will be a long climb, oatmeal very heavy. Form grease with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread it the dough, let rise
When the dough has risen to send it in the oven for 169 to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. I have included at the end of the top warming up, so little crust browned, but still possible during baking to cover the form with foil, to the inside of the bread is better cooked
The finished bread is not much rises and remains inside a little bit.
