Knead the dough with cheese, eggs, flour and sugar. Apple RUB on a coarse grater, add to the same. Sugar, of course, add to taste. I had sour apples, but little sugar, as cheesecakes are absorbed with honey)))

Roll the balls a little replusive, dip them in flour (actually generated an ordinary syrnichki), fry in oil.
