Squeeze carrot juice (it took me 4 carrots to get 200 ml of juice). But you can buy ready, but take it without sugar.

In General, the higher the fat content of the cream, the tastier, but not everyone can afford it (for health reasons, for example). Put like all butter. Then fray the already mashed potatoes through a sieve. Of course, this process is tedious, and not always the hostess has time for that, but if You take the time... Mashed potatoes will be tender!)
