Pork Siberian
This pork can be prepared on weekdays and holidays. Bright, juicy, flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1500 g

  • Bacon

    6 slice

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    60 g

  • Juniper

    2 piece

Cooking

Cut the meat into slices, not cutting through, to open like a book. In each incision to put the plate of bacon.

Mix cooked, chopped mushrooms and cheese.

Add pine nuts and crushed juniper berries, mix well.

A mixture of lard and meat.

Pull the harness or tie tightly with cooking string and top with salt and pepper.

Lay on foil, bake 20 minutes at 250°C, until Golden brown, then reduce the temperature to 180°C. Bring to readiness, for about an hour, depending on the piece of meat. Foil close only if the meat begins to brown.
