And it's me again. And again together with Oliver! Share with You the recipe of delicious and tender muffins with jam! Quick to prepare, and the result is, as usual, excellent!

Cooking
Take the dry ingredients and mix them in a bowl.
In another vessel mix well with a fork the egg, oil and milk.
Add this mixture to dry ingredients and knead thick, uniform batter.
Next, take the molds for muffins. Put them in silicone/paper molds. Fill them in 1-1,5 tbsp of dough.
Then add 1 teaspoon thick jam or jam.
And again pour the dough so that it covers the jam.
Put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. And take out our cupcakes-bombs, when there will be a nice Golden color! It bombs with apricot jam.
