Cooking
Today we take smoked-boiled pork bones in the cartilage. They look like this.
Due to the fact that cartilage is well cut, slice these pieces, what we like and put in tochilka. There also peeled potatoes at a time. Fill with water and put on fire.
While it is boiling, put in a pan fry the finely chopped onion, carrots grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped tomato. When our potatoes to boil, salt, add our zazharku, Bay leaf and all of our favorite seasonings and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are done. Then cover with a lid and allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes. If someone in that time will eat your tongue - I'm not guilty.
