Cooking
The first recipe was born spontaneously, I was actually going to fry the meatballs, so to photograph the beginning later. Minced meat (I got pork) salt, pepper to taste, smash the minced egg, sprinkle a handful of chopped white breadcrumbs, knead. Blind meatballs and fry them in sunflower oil until crisp. Meatballs folded into a bowl, pan to wash. Small potatoes, boil in salted water until tender.
Onion chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater, fry in a pan, add the sliced tomatoes, tomato sauce and stew several minutes. Add the meatballs and potatoes. Mix everything and simmer until tender. If necessary, add a little water.
The second recipe is even easier. Potatoes (sorry, small potatoes I ran out, I had large cut into several pieces) and peel the onion. On the "butt" of the bulbs to make the cross-cut, it is necessary that the bulbs were intact and not collapsed.
Potatoes and onions pour boiling water and cook until tender, onions removed a bit earlier, as soon as it becomes soft. Prepared potatoes and onions folded into a casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, sprinkle of dried marjoram.
Polukopchenye sausage (or your choice) cut into chunks about 3 cm and put on top of potatoes.
In preheated oven to bake until the crust at a temperature of 160 degrees, it takes about 15 minutes.
