Turkish bagels
Very tasty and easy to prepare bagels for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Margarine

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    200 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

In warm milk add sugar 1 tbsp. yeast and 2 handful of flour, stir and put for 10 minutes in the heat

Add eggs, melted margarine, salt, remaining sugar, flour

Kneaded dough (should be soft and not stick to hands) and leave to rise

Take small pieces and make 2 flagellum

Begin to twist the flagella: the right hand - on itself, left from itself, simultaneously

Roll into the shape of a donut and let stand for 10 minutes

Smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Put on a baking tray, covered with baking paper, put bake at 180*C for 20-25 minutes
