Description
This recipe was invented when I was a student. It consists almost entirely of vegetables, and they combine perfectly with the fish. The cake is very light, but no less delicious!! Suitable for losing weight. Welcome to the table!! )))

Cooking
For this cake you will need 6 sheets of cabbage (I have a form with a size of 20x20cm. If Your form is longer, then the leaves will need more too).
To start the cabbage leaves to boil until soft. I boiled for 5 minutes.
While cooking cabbage, you can clean and cut in small cubes onion.
Now get cabbage leaves and put in a plate to cool.
While the cabbage cools, you can peel and grate the carrots.
Now Pollock fillet (or any other fish according to Your taste) you need to go through from bone and cut into small pieces.
During this time, the cabbage leaves have cooled and you can cut them with thick veins
And, if necessary, to beat the cut.
Now in the form, the laid parchment, to lay cabbage leaves (with sides).
It's time to prepare the omelet. For him the milk add the eggs and salt.
Just a few times to mix well with a spatula. Scrambled eggs should not be dry!
Now we shift the scrambled eggs on cabbage leaves and level.
On top of the omelet lay a layer of fish and sprinkle with salt.
Then the fish put onions in.
Next comes a layer of grated carrots. Salt.
To make it nice cake you need to grease it with sour cream (or white yoghurt). Again a bit of salt.
Now we need to bend our cabbage roll on sour cream. Something similar to a frame.)
I have baked this cake at 180C for 10 minutes until just brown. Then I covered it with foil to not burnt, and bake another 50 minutes. In General, about an hour) If you use boiled carrots and fried onions, the cooking time can be reduced to 30 minutes.
3 minutes before the end of cooking to get the pie from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Send back in the oven for a couple of minutes to cheese poddleville.
Once the cheese is poddleville, you can remove the cake from the oven and serve!
It turns out very tender, delicious and even good pie!! ))) Help yourself, dear cooks!!! ))) Bon appetit!!! )))
