Cheesecake cheese
My husband and I really love cheese and pastries with him. Offer you a tasty version of cheese cakes. Soft buns with cheese!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In yogurt add the melted butter, sugar, yeast, yolk. Stir. Leave for 5-10 minutes.

Sift flour, add salt. Pour kefir mixture.

Knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place for an hour.

For the filling, RUB cheese on a coarse grater. Add eggs and sour cream. Stir.

Approaching divide the dough into two parts to make it easier to roll out. On a floured surface roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm Cut out circles (diameter 8.5 cm), in half of the circles make holes.
