Rye bread in a rice broth
Invited to taste a great bread with a soft, delicate crumb. Tasty, healthy and easy!

Ingredients

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Rye flour

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Malt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Sesame

I have a glass of 200 ml. Boil rice, use the rice on purpose (I have to garnish), the broth cools to lukewarm. The broth will need 250 ml. I am the bread kneaded in the bread machine. First, in a bucket, pour the rice water, then add rye flour, wheat flour, malt, spices, and salt (if broth is not salted) and yeast. The dough should get a little viscous. Set the mode to "Dough" and wait.

After an hour, when the dough is ready, put in a greased form (I have such an old, but favorite) to lift and put in a warm place.

After about 30-40 minutes the dough rise.

Lubricated with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven 180 gr. 40 minutes.

Let cool on wire rack.
