Cooking
In a saucepan, add the water. Add salt, brown sugar (my brown sugar TM "Mistral"), honey, cloves, paprika, Bay leaf and pepper. Bring to a boil, remove from heat completely and allow to cool. You can add ice to speed the cooling, if you have limited time.
None my Turkey, put in a deep bowl and pour the cooked marinade. Put in the fridge for 6-8 hour. I usually put the morning and that evening had fresh Turkey for dinner.
After 6-8 hours, Turkey legs, take out, put in refractory form, sprinkle with garlic powder. In form, pour a little of the marinade. Cover with foil and put in preheated to 175С (350F) oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil and leave for another 40-60 minutes. It depends on the size of the Turkey.
Before serving pour the barbecue sauce. I love sweet barbecue sauce. I put the legs in the package, pour the sauce and "massaging" that would legs were covered with sauce.
Serve hot with any side dish.
