Cooking
Legs wash, dry towel and carefully remove all the bones. It remains only to meat with the skin. The skin it is advisable not to break. Meat cover with cling film and lightly beat.
Let's prepare the filling. Carrots and cheese to be patient on the grate, better if it is grater for Korean carrot. So it will be more aesthetically pleasing and carrots won't give a lot of juice. I lost everything in a food processor. Garlic squeeze through press and add to mixture carrots and cheese. Add pepper, salt and add the vegetable oil. Mix well. Reminiscent of our filling salad "Light". Pepper and garlic can be less if there are children or you do not like spicy. But then there will be such a contrast of flavors. Because sweet carrots in combination of salty cheese and sharp pepper, and garlic gives a special flavor to this dish!
Put the chicken legs skin-side down, on top of the meat spread 3 tbsp of filling ( can be more, as you like). And turning the roll to put in the form, seam side down.
So twist all the blanks. In the form pour some water so the bottom is covered with it, close with foil and place in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes. after that time, to grease our spring rolls with a mixture of tomato sauce and mayonnaise ( this sauce not only gives a beautiful crust, but slightly sour in taste). Open foil and put into the oven for 20 minutes. Until a delicious crust.
Serve with your favourite side dish. The rolls are juicy, tender, with a spicy filling. They are not fat. You can apply and cold. Easily cut, shape hold up well.
