Cooking
For cooking the beets I cook in the microwave - 15 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
Boil the rice on low heat for 15 minutes.
Carefully open the bag with rice and place it in a bowl, mix with sugar, raisins and chopped apples.
Curd wipe through a sieve, mix with beaten eggs and melted butter, leaving a little oil for greasing the form.
Mix all the ingredients until smooth. The stuffing is ready.
Clean the beets from the skin. Remove the pulp from the beets to make cups.
Stuff the beets with the prepared stuffing. Place stuffed beets in a greased form and pour sour cream. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
Serve the stuffed beetroot with sour cream and your favorite jam (I had black currant). Bon appetit!
