Pancake cake with avocado and tuna
Offer to cook luxurious, rich cake in a Pancake week with a gorgeous yeast pancakes, avocado mousse and tuna, and creamy cheesecake. Decoration for this cake we will have caviar!!! It was very tasty and very elegant!!

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Caviar

    100 g

  • Cucumber

Let's start with making pancakes, in a bowl sift the flour, salt, yeast, add the sugar.

To make pancakes using yeast "SAF Moment" quick. They must not be diluted in milk and immediately mix with the flour.

Separately, whisk the warm milk, preferably with high % fat, eggs.

Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid and to remove heat 40 minutes.

In approaching the dough pour vegetable oil and mix.

Fry the pancakes in a hot pan. grease it with vegetable oil before baking the first pancake.

To prepare the mousse of avocado mix all ingredients in a blender. Sour cream is needed thick, not less than 30 % fat. Season to taste.

Also and mousse of tuna. Drain the liquid (oil) from the jar and put into blender with cottage cheese without additives and fatty sour cream.

Damn half lubricated with a thin layer of avocado mousse, a collapsible tube and then a snail.

Similarly we make with mousse of tuna.

In shape bottom to pave pancake (can be 3 overlapping), on top lay our trained snail of pancakes.

Cottage cheese without additives whip cream. The cream I have 33 % fat.
