I want to share with you the recipe of a wonderful Lacy pancakes for cooking which does not need eggs. And milk take quite a bit. But use three kinds of flour, from which these lovely pancakes are even better, delicious with a Golden hue! Mardi Gras has come! Hurry to taste toasted pancakes)

Cooking
For making these lace pancakes I'll use the yeast cake from TM SAF - MOMENT.
In a saucepan, mix the warm milk and warm water, pour sugar, salt and 1 sachet of yeast, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
When the yeast start "working" and the foam, begin to pour the sifted flour.
I used corn, rye and wheat flour. When you add flour, rapidly stir the dough with a whisk to avoid lumps.
The dough should have the consistency of liquid cream, so the amount of flour should be regulated independently. But even if the dough will be thick and it will overflow onto the pan, it can be diluted with a small amount of milk or water.
Leave the dough for 30 minutes to rise, covered with a towel. Here is the dough when ready.
In the finished dough add vegetable oil, mix well and begin to fry. Pour the batter into a hot frying pan well greased. Immediately, a large number of holes.
Fry pancakes from both sides. They are thin, Lacy and crisp. Serve with any toppings or just with butter, sour cream, berries. All to Your taste!
