Millet pancakes with kefir
Light and delicious pancakes will help to feed those "nehochuh" millet porridge, and adults will like. They can have Breakfast served on the second in the afternoon or to take to work.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    100 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Bring to boil milk and pour it over the cereal. Let stand for several minutes, until the cereal has absorbed all the liquid.

The flakes add the eggs, kefir, salt, pepper and greens ( I have green onion ). All mix, add the flour and baking powder. Once again, knead well.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
