Omelet
Omelette (FR. omelette) is a dish of French cuisine, made from lightly beaten eggs, fried in the pan. There is an opinion that a real French chef in the first place should be able to make an omelet. Omelet fried in butter with one hand until it is almost completely thickens; before tax, it is rolled into a tube shape or fold in half. Before rolling the omelet, it can be used to season stuffing. Toppings can be varied, sweet, salty, spicy, sour. It depends on your taste. I offer you the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and Gruyere cheese. Very tasty, hearty and flavorful.

Combine in a bowl the eggs, milk, salt and pepper

And stir with a fork. The main secret of making a light, airy French scrambled eggs is to mix the ingredients with a fork and a very short time, just connect them together.

Heat the pan on medium heat, heat butter, to grease the entire surface of the pan, and pour prepared egg mixture. Cook until almost cooked.

For the filling: tomatoes cut into slices, parsley finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater, salmon cut into thin slices. Put cooked stuffing on one half of the omelet. The ingredients are put on top of each other, first the tomatoes, then the parsley, then the salmon and cheese at the end.

Cover with stuffing second half of the omelet, cover with a lid and switch off the gas. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic toast. Pieces of bread cooking in the toaster and grease with a slice of garlic.
