Cooking
The first thing my zucchini. If they are young, then just RUB on a small grater, if you are already "older", peeled. Season with a little salt and squeeze all the juice out.
Beat the eggs with salt and soda, add the yogurt and whisk, leave for 5-7 minutes. Then add finely chopped greens (I have parsley and dill together). Mix well. To the resulting mass add the squeezed zucchini and vegetable oil.
Stir and gradually add flour. I wrote in the ingredients the maximum amount of flour that may be needed. As we know, can take flour, plus/minus, depends on the flour, size of eggs and thick yogurt. You should get the dough for pancakes. But again, someone who likes pancakes transparent, someone thicker, so adjust to your taste. The pancake dough is thoroughly kneaded, so that no flour lumps left. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
Start frying pancakes. Pan grease with vegetable oil (I just for the first pancake smeared). Ladle in the center of the pan poured a portion of the test, with spatula (the dough does not spread, and he needs "help") him assigned to my desired size of pancake. Fry on both sides until cooked. Ready pancakes grease with butter.
