Cooking
Spread out on the table slightly overlapping 2 layers of foil. The third layer is placed on a "seam" of the lower leaves. On the foil put the drumstick of a Turkey next to have peas of fragrant pepper, cloves buds.

Now collect foil from the top of the perimeter of shank and wrap carefully so the sauce when baking it does not leak. I didn't salt forgetfulness, but in the end, salt is not required. I don't like fresh meat. But with this marinade I of all tastes was quite enough. Marinate at least 2 hours.
After we put our harvest on protiven in the oven for 90 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius. After the required time, take out the meat from the oven, but not expand, let rest 15 minutes. Then 2 options: for hot meals expand, spread on a plate, watering sauce that formed while baking, cold dishes (especially in the heat) remove the skin, put in a deep bowl or container and cover with the sauce. Let it cools. I ate it cold option - very tasty.
