Cereal pitch into fine crumbs, pour warm milk, about 30-40 minutes (the milk is completely absorbed into the cereal). Finely chop the onion, saute in small amount of vegetable oil until translucent (not podrumyanivaya). Parsley wash, dry, finely chop, mix with soft butter, place on plastic wrap, place in a small pan, put in the freezer.

Frozen butter with parsley cut into small cubes. In a tray pour cereal for breading in another container mix the second egg, a little salt. From minced fish with wet hands form a Patty in the middle make a hole, put the block of "green"oil, connect the edges of the patties. Dip the cutlet first in the egg, then in cereal.
Fry patties in vegetable oil on a small heat from both sides, until medium Golden brown.
Serve hot cutlets with fresh vegetables.
