Cooking
For cooking it is better to take bold pork neck or shoulder. Meat to not fully defrosts, it is easier to cut, and cut in pieces thickness about 1.5 cm, beats using plastic wrap.
Take soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Add to pork soy sauce "Kikkoman", press out garlic, add any your favorite spice blend, I have "BBQ". Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Take black olives, pitted, peel carrots. Carrots cut into cubes such that they can "climb" in a hole in the olives. Strung on a block of carrot, two olives. Due to this, the olives will fall out of the rolls during baking.
Take the marinated meat repulsed, with the edge put strung on carrots and black olives and a sprig of dill.
Take the skewer (I have hardwood, pre-soaked), string rolls on the skewer. If the rolls are large (like me), you strung diagonally. Bake on charcoal grill for about 20 minutes, periodically turning. You can also cook on the grill in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve on lettuce leaves. Have a nice stay!
