Description
This year has graced us with an unusual harvest Queen Karelian forests - blueberries. Already filled the shelves with rows of jars with the blueberry jam, and Pets are asked to bake our pancakes with blueberry surplus. I hope somebody can use the recipe.

Cooking
I usually add the flour into the liquid ingredients. So first in the yogurt beat the egg, add the sugar and whisk. Then sift the flour through a sieve, mixed with soda. Stir. Depending on the density of the test add 2-4 tablespoons of hot water. The dough should not be too thick. At the end add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and blueberries entirely.
The pan to heat. Grease with vegetable oil. Then to make the fire slightly above the middle and bake at such a fire from two sides.
Ready pancakes spread on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Served with blueberry jam. Crepes are very delicate, perforated and very blueberry.
