Cooking
Add in the yogurt soda, sugar and salt. Instead of buttermilk you can use kefir.
Fresh spinach, rinse thoroughly with cold water, Pat dry and roughly chop.
Add spinach to the yogurt and grind in a blender. Lightly beat eggs, mix with spinach mixture.
Sift the flour and mix. Set aside to infuse for 7-10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry pancakes on medium heat on both sides until light blush.
Get the savory pancakes, served hot with your favorite jam or honey.
