Fried rice with keta
Each Asian country has its own characteristics making fried rice. In the proposed recipe of boiled rice add: eggs, salmon, soy sauce. A good hearty option for Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Figure

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper white

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 200 C. keta salmon Fillets in sea salt from two sides, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven (15-20 minutes).

For this dish use a mixture of rice Mistral white fragrant and quinoa and basmati rice Quinoa mix. Cook grits until tender according to instructions on the package.

The finished fish cool slightly and using two forks to break into small pieces.

Eggs a little beat up (like scrambled eggs). In a frying pan (or wok) heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat and pour the beaten egg mixture. Fry, stirring constantly to separate the egg mass into small pieces. Place on a plate.

In the same deep frying pan (or wok) heat 2 tbsp oil and mix it with the green onions, heat for 1 minute.

Add the rice to the onions, stir, heat the rice for 1-2 minutes.

Add to the rice chopped salmon, mix and heat for 1 minute.

Send for rice with fish, fried eggs, mix well.

Flavoring the rice soy sauce, salt, white and freshly ground pepper. All mix well and serve immediately.
