Cooking
Potatoes clean, wash, cook in salted water. Blend, adding the butter. Let cool slightly, add the egg and knead thoroughly.
With a cooking bag and nozzle to transplant mashed potatoes in the form of a Christmas tree on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until Golden brown in a preheated 230 degree oven. On the top you can set the star, cut out of a cucumber, the Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes. Bon appetit!
