Beet
Unusual, bright and hearty dish for lent and beyond. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil water for rice, omit the tea bags and boil until tender.

7 minutes until cooked rice sauté onions and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent, pour in the wine and allow to evaporate the alcohol.

Bags of ready rice to cast away on a colander, to drain the water (the water does not pour). Fig gently release from the bags, add to the pan, pour in some rice water and stir.

Add the grated beets, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

To warm up a couple minutes and remove from heat.

"Risotto" put it on plates and serve.
