Baked potatoes with Suluguni
Think a baked potato halves with different toppings. Offer its own version with a filling of cheese Suluguni. The potatoes is soft and very fragrant, with a beautiful Golden crust.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    70 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Potatoes wash thoroughly, cover with water and cook until tender.

Cut the potatoes in half, cool, so you can take the potatoes to hand. With a teaspoon scrape out the potato pulp.

The pulp mash, add grated cheese, pepper and chopped dill. Stuffing pepper and add sour cream. Add salt to taste if needed, as the salty Suluguni cheese.

Potatoes grease the inside with olive oil and fill with stuffing.

Separately grate the cheese and sprinkle the potatoes on top.
