Rolls of mackerel
Another simple and quick dish of mackerel.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Mackerel fillets dry, season with salt and pepper to taste. Lay the top slice of salmon, can be used to season greens.

Gently roll the rolls and put into molds for baking. Bake in a preheated 180° about 15-20 minutes.

For a garnish you can cook the basmati rice mix from TM Mistral.
