Description
Classic Italian pesto is prepared in a ceramic mortar, carefully rubbing all the ingredients. But I used the blender, turning it on at the lowest speed. I won't be buying this sauce in the store. I got better! Nothing more. The perfect taste!

Cooking
To prepare the sauce you will need about 10 minutes - 15. Fry the nuts.
In the ingredients I pointed out the weight of the bundle of Basil (along with twigs). But for the sauce we will need only the leaves! So take out all the leaves from the twigs.
Cheese RUB on a grater. Garlic finely chop. Add salt to taste. All grind in a blender. The sauce is ready!
