Cooking
Knead dough yeast dough from flour, yeast, yogurt, beer and 1 teaspoon salt. I also beat it 100 times on the table. The dough turned out quite cool, for the Focaccia. But all right.
Let rise (I have this process took about an hour).
When the dough is well approached, quite finely cut onion, cheese three on a large grater.
Beat in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, cheese and onion in the dough. Again, I parried 100 times on the table. I recommend not to ignore this action - the result is obvious! (or on face).
Again let rise (about an hour)
Once again approached the dough spread on a greased baking sheet (I even made the paper, just used). Distribute with fingertips around Protvino, sprinkle with salt, cumin and leave to rise (about 15 minutes). Then (Attention!) gently pour in the dough half a Cup of water (room temperature) and put it into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees (Celsius, of course).
Get the Focaccia, brush with olive oil (I spray from the bottle on the dough, and then brush smeared across the surface) and again in the oven to topcats. After 10-15 minutes again to lubricate the surface of the Focaccia with oil.
At the end of baking (it took me only 35 minutes) get the pan, covered it with a towel and let a little cool.
